I'm pretty horrible at updating this blog but I do have some news to share!

Melancholy Rainbow is now being sold at Isotope Comics in San Francisco! So go checkout Isotope Comics if you're in SF. It's a super cool comic book store and my favorite place to hangout.

In August I participated in the Portland Zine Symposium where the Portland public library bought a few copies of my zine which they are now available for your reading pleasure at a few of their branches :)

I've been working on Issue #2 of Melancholy Rainbow as well as a few other things which should be out in December (I hope). I don't think I made the deadline for the East Bay Zine Fest this year, but we'll see. Fingers crossed.

Grumbling about another music post and wondering why I haven't posted any new comics? I'm working on my next zine to sell at the Portland Zine Symposium in August. I'm kind of saving all my new comics for Melancholy Rainbow Issue #2. But I will post a new comic for the web soon. Like later tonight. Maybe tomorrow. Or this weekend. We'll see.

Oh, Stumptown

Hey there! Sorry I haven't been posting new comics. I've been slacking because I've been {insert excuse here} and because I'm {insert a synonym for "shitty" here}.

I don't have a new comic yet, but I do have some good news! I'd like to announce that I will be at the 13th Annual Portland Zine Symposium August 10th and 11th!

If you happen to live nearby, please try to make it out and support your local zinesters and the not-so-local zinesters, like me! Even if you don't live nearby, you should plan a trip to Portland because it is an amazing little city full of nice drivers, beards, bikes, tasty doughnuts + coffee, and super rad people.

Recap: EBABZ Fest

The East Bay Alternative Book and Zine Fest was a blast! I had an amazing time and met so many wonderful, gifted, salt of the earth people. I feel so fortunate to have participated in this event. It was my 2nd time showing and selling my comic and I must admit, I was really nervous.
